SnipRing הוא כלי שעוזר לחתוך קובץ שמע שכבר נמצא אצלכם ולהפוך אותו לרינגטון. השימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לתנאים האלה.
1. מה השירות עושה
SnipRing מעבד קבצים שאתם בוחרים מהמכשיר שלכם, בתוך הדפדפן, ומחזיר לכם קובץ MP3 קצר. אנחנו לא מספקים, לא מאחסנים ולא מפיצים מוזיקה.
2. האחריות שלכם על הקבצים
אתם מאשרים שיש לכם זכות להשתמש בכל קובץ שאתם מעבדים: שהוא שלכם, שרכשתם אותו, או שהרישיון שלו מתיר את השימוש. הרינגטונים מיועדים לשימוש אישי בלבד. אין להשתמש בשירות כדי להפר זכויות יוצרים, להפיץ קבצים או למכור אותם.
הקלטות: אם אתם מקליטים קול של אדם אחר, עשו זאת רק בידיעתו ובהסכמתו.
צלצולים מקוריים: מנגינות ש‑SnipRing מלחין בשבילכם (כולל "מנגינה מהשם") נוצרות במכשיר שלכם, ואתם רשאים להשתמש בהן בחופשיות לכל שימוש אישי.
תצוגת שיחה נכנסת: זו הדמיה בלבד, שנועדה לשמוע איך הצלצול יישמע. היא לא שיחה אמיתית ואינה קשורה לשום אפליקציה של היצרן.
3. שירות "כפי שהוא"
השירות ניתן בחינם, "כפי שהוא" (AS IS), בלי התחייבות שיעבוד בכל מכשיר, גרסה או קובץ. זיהוי הפזמון הוא הצעה אוטומטית ועלול לטעות. הגדרת רינגטון ישירות מהאתר נתמכת באייפון עם iOS 26 ומעלה, ותלויה ביכולות שאפל מספקת. באנדרואיד מורידים את קובץ ה‑MP3 ומגדירים אותו בהגדרות הטלפון.
4. הגבלת אחריות
במידה המרבית שהחוק מתיר, SnipRing ומפעיליו לא יהיו אחראים לנזק ישיר או עקיף שנגרם משימוש בשירות או מחוסר יכולת להשתמש בו.
5. סימנים מסחריים
iPhone, iOS, GarageBand ו‑Apple Music הם סימנים מסחריים של Apple Inc.; Android, YouTube ו‑Google Drive של Google LLC; Spotify של Spotify AB; WhatsApp של Meta; ו‑TikTok של ByteDance. השמות מוזכרים רק כדי להסביר תאימות. ל‑SnipRing אין קשר לחברות האלה, והן לא מאשרות או נותנות חסות לשירות.
חשבון משתמש
חשבון הוא אופציונלי: אפשר ליצור ולהוריד רינגטונים גם בלי חשבון. אם פתחתם חשבון, אתם אחראים לשמור על הגישה לתיבת המייל או לחשבון ה‑Google שאיתם אתם מתחברים. אנחנו רשאים להשעות חשבון שמשמש לניצול לרעה של השירות.
6. שינויים בשירות ובתנאים
אנחנו רשאים לשנות את השירות או את התנאים. שינוי מהותי יעודכן בדף הזה, ותאריך העדכון למעלה ישתנה.
7. דין וסמכות שיפוט
על תנאים אלה חלים דיני מדינת ישראל.
8. רכיבי קוד פתוח
האתר משתמש ב‑lamejs לקידוד MP3 (רישיון LGPL), ב‑supabase-js להתחברות (רישיון MIT), ובגופנים Karantina ו‑IBM Plex (רישיון SIL Open Font License).

SnipRing is a tool that helps you trim an audio file you already have and turn it into a ringtone. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. What the service does
SnipRing processes files you choose from your own device, inside your browser, and gives you back a short MP3. We do not provide, host or distribute music.
2. Your responsibility for your files
You confirm that you have the right to use every file you process: you made it, you bought it, or its license allows this use. Ringtones are for personal use only. Don't use the service to infringe copyright, or to distribute or sell files.
Recordings: if you record someone else's voice, only do so with their knowledge and consent.
Original tunes: melodies SnipRing composes for you (including "melody from a name") are created on your device, and you may use them freely for any personal use.
Incoming-call preview: this is only a simulation, so you can hear how the ringtone will sound. It is not a real call and is not connected to any phone maker's app.
3. Provided "as is"
The service is free and provided "as is", with no guarantee that it works on every device, version or file. Chorus detection is an automatic suggestion and may be wrong. Setting a ringtone directly from the site is supported on iPhone with iOS 26 or later and depends on features Apple provides. On Android, you download the MP3 and set it in your phone settings.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipRing and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from using, or being unable to use, the service.
5. Trademarks
iPhone, iOS, GarageBand and Apple Music are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Android, YouTube and Google Drive of Google LLC; Spotify of Spotify AB; WhatsApp of Meta; and TikTok of ByteDance. These names are mentioned only to describe compatibility. SnipRing is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these companies.
User accounts
An account is optional: you can create and download ringtones without one. If you open an account, you are responsible for keeping access to the email inbox or Google account you sign in with. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.
6. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the service or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
8. Open-source components
The site uses lamejs for MP3 encoding (LGPL license), supabase-js for sign-in (MIT license), and the Karantina and IBM Plex fonts (SIL Open Font License).
